I'm Eddie. I build AI tools and automation for businesses, and I've been doing systems engineering for 10+ years out of Chicago. Custom AI agents, self-hosted LLM stacks, enterprise cloud migrations. I build it and I make it work.
On the AI side: multi-agent bots, n8n automation workflows, local LLM inference, OpenClaw configurations. Built from scratch, tuned for real use. Not demos. The systems background is what keeps it production-ready. I've migrated 500+ users across cloud tenants, cut admin attack surfaces by 75%, and saved organizations six figures through automation. That foundation doesn't hurt.

If I'm doing something twice, I script it. PowerShell, Python, GAM. I've built automation handling user lifecycle, license auditing, and bulk operations across thousands of accounts. Set it and forget it.
Who has access to what, and whether they should. I live in Entra ID and Google Workspace, set up SSO/SAML federations, build out RBAC frameworks, and make sure user provisioning and deprovisioning actually works.
Azure, AVD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware. I've done the full stack. Hybrid Identity environments, cross-tenant migrations, disaster recovery. The cloud isn't magic, it's just infrastructure you don't physically touch.
Windows, Mac, whatever. I manage the full device lifecycle. Intune, JAMF, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager. I've rolled out zero-touch deployments across entire orgs. Plug it in, it configures itself.
Zscaler, Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki. I've managed the network side too. VLANs, firewall policies, email security, cloud VPN. I've also worked in SOC2 environments where change management actually means something.
Multi-agent Discord bot running on OpenClaw. Public channels route to a Haiku agent with a custom friend-chat persona. My private sessions go to Sonnet. A sandboxed channel runs qwen2.5-coder locally through Ollama. All the routing, workspace prompts, and per-user behavior is hand-configured. No off-the-shelf bot setup.
Built a full local AI stack from scratch. Ollama for on-device LLM inference, Open WebUI for a proper chat interface, n8n for AI agent automation with real web search, and SearXNG as a self-hosted search engine. AMD 7900XT with 20GB VRAM running everything locally. No cloud, no subscriptions, no data leaving the machine.
Built a whole fantasy football platform for my keeper league. Full auth, user accounts, real-time chat. AI bot is in the works.
