I'm Eddie. I build AI tools and automation for businesses, and I've spent 10+ years in identity, endpoint, and cloud operations out of Chicago. I work where systems engineering and applied AI meet. The goal is simple: build it and make it work.
On the AI side: multi-agent tools, n8n workflows, local LLM inference, and OpenClaw and Hermes systems. On the systems side: Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Intune, Jamf, SSO, SCIM, and RBAC. I make the work repeatable, keep access controlled, and build systems people can actually operate.
I've led cross-tenant cloud migrations, tightened privileged access, accelerated workstation setup, and delivered meaningful savings through automation. Oogisoft is my shop for AI tools, systems consulting, and practical engineering.

If I'm doing something twice, I script it. PowerShell, Python, GAM, and Workato have handled user lifecycle, license auditing, bulk operations, and cross-system updates. Less repetition. Fewer opportunities for mistakes.
Who has access to what, and whether they should. I work across Entra ID, Google Workspace, and OneLogin, building SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and lifecycle workflows that are secure and maintainable.
Azure, AVD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and hybrid identity. I've led cross-tenant migrations and disaster recovery work. The cloud isn't magic. It's infrastructure you don't physically touch.
Windows, Mac, whatever. I manage the full device lifecycle with Intune, Jamf Pro, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager. Zero-touch deployments are the point. Plug it in, it configures itself.
Zscaler, Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki, VLANs, firewall policies, email security, and cloud VPN. I've also worked in SOX and SOC 2 environments where change management actually means something.
A practical AI assistant for business work. I use it to organize, draft, route, and keep things moving without losing context.
The orchestration layer. It connects agents, model choices, and the right tools for each workflow so the system stays useful instead of becoming another dashboard.
The workflow backbone. It moves data and actions between systems in the background, giving the agent layer something reliable to work with.
The pattern is simple. Hermes is the working assistant, OpenClaw handles orchestration, and n8n moves real-world steps through the rest of the stack. That is how a messy process turns into something repeatable, useful, and easy to maintain.
I pull custom models from Hugging Face when privacy, cost, or control makes that the right choice.
Multi-agent Discord bot running on OpenClaw. It connects conversations to the right model and tools, supports local inference through Ollama, and keeps behavior configurable instead of relying on an off-the-shelf bot setup.
I use n8n and OpenClaw together as an automation backbone. n8n handles the workflow glue, while OpenClaw provides the agent layer. The setup makes it possible to move quickly without giving up control over how the pieces connect.
I build approval-aware AI tools for IT work. Read-only integrations, least-privilege access, and auditable workflows let automation help without turning production systems into a black box.

I run a private Azure/Entra ID tenant as my personal sandbox. App registrations, conditional access, SCIM provisioning, identity automation. I test everything here before it goes near production.

Teaching myself game dev. Built a top-down 2D game in Godot 4 using GDScript. State machines, enemy AI, the whole thing. Still going.

A global organization had too many accounts with elevated privileges. I helped bring that under control through role cleanup, access auditing, policy hardening, and least-privilege enforcement. The result was a smaller, more defensible privileged attack surface.
